Guiltless guacamole . . .
This guiltless guacamole is healthy and light, making it easy to dip chip after chip. I like to make a big batch to serve at weekend barbecues or tailgating events. It’s also a crowd pleaser for awards show nights. Basically, it’s good any time and for any event . . . just you wait and see.
Guiltless Guacamole
- Yield: 2 1x
Description
A dip as easy + as tasty as they come.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1 c. fat free sour cream
- juice from 1 lemon
- 2 tsp. horseradish sauce
- 1 tbs. steak sauce
- sea salt & coarse black pepper to taste
- grape tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Begin by breaking up the avocado in a large bowl.
- Add the sour cream, lemon juice, horseradish sauce and steak sauce.
- Once the mixture is as creamy as you prefer, give it a taste.
- At this point, add salt and pepper according to taste.
- Garnish your guacamole with tomatoes and a bit more salt and pepper right on top.
Notes
- I like to serve this guacamole with thicker tortilla chips. They seem to hold up better to the extra weight of the tomatoes on top.
