Sometimes it’s ok to be a cheater.
makes ~2 cups
a 12oz. bag of chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi)
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of milk (your choice of fattiness)
2 pinches of salt
In a saucepan over low heat, slowly melt chocolate chips, butter and milk together. Stir occasionally to keep from burning.
As mixture begins to become smooth, add 2 pinches of salt. Stir in.
Once everything is well combined and mixture reaches a smoothy chocolatey consistency, remove from heat.
Immediately use chocolate sauce or store in a glass container (it’s easiest for microwave reheating) in the refrigerator for later consumption.
