Touring Cambridge . . .
Home to some of history’s greatest thinkers, we spent a day touring Cambridge with two of Jake’s former professors. The college + town was absolutely beautiful. Not to mention, the grounds are brimming with quintessential English charm.
It was my first visit to Cambridge, and I quickly realized it’s appeal. Did you know that each college has it’s own courtyard, great hall for dining, library and chapel? The chapel at King’s College was the highlight of our tour. It is a breathtaking example of late Gothic architecture. There are 26 stained glass windows, and it showcases the world’s largest fan vault ceiling and Rubens’ painting, the Adoration of the Magi. If these walls could talk, I wonder what they’d say?
Do you love London like I do? I’ve added a few London digital downloads to The FBT Shop. You can instantly download these prints, send them to your local photo printer (like Costco, Walmart or Walgreens) and then frame. It’s such an easy way to add colorful travel-inspired art to your space.
