Down by the River Thames

South Bank at Dusk . . .

One of the places I like to wander is along the South Bank of the River Thames. It is the perfect walk for sight seeing, giving way to some of London’s most iconic views–the Tower Bridge, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Tate Modern, the Millennium Bridge, the National Theatre, the London Eye, Parliament and Big Ben. Countless restaurants and cafes also wind their way along the river’s bank. Fancy dinner and a view?
