Copenhagen bike tour. . .
We toured Copenhagen by bike, seeing all the sites we could possibly see. My favorite part of our Copenhagen bike tour was historic Nyhavn. The waterfront property is lined with brightly colored town homes, restaurants and cafes, and the canal waters are home to old wooden vessels. Tourists and locals alike come to dine and wine on the catch of the day and locally brewed beer. It’s the perfect place to kick back, relax and enjoy the beautiful view.
Psst! My photo of Nyhaven is now a digital download. You can add this colorful Nyhaven Boat Canal snapshot to your gallery wall, too.
If you haven’t toured a city via bike, I highly recommend it. We try to sign up for bike tours whenever we visit a new city–it’s even a great way to rediscover places you think you already know! Don’t believe me? Even though Jake and I have spent time living abroad, we still found ourselves falling in love with London after taking this BrakeAway Bike Tour. You can read more about my London to-do list here, but you should definitely sign up if you’re ever in the UK. There really is no better way to experience the sights and sounds like a local.
Have you ever been on a bike tour? Where do you hope to travel next?
