A highlight of our trip was brunching at Bubby’s . . .
It’s a local hot-spot, tucked away on a corner in Tribeca. Bubby’s is known for delicious dishes, farm fresh ingredients and iconic American-made flare. When it comes to brunch, their menu boasts everything from Eggs Benedict to a New York style Pastrami Reuben. The Griddle selections are some of their most popular. From what I hear, you can’t go wrong with a stack of Sourdough Pancakes smeared with smoked, homemade jam. Jake and I ended up with Bubby’s Breakfast and an order of Huevos Rancheros (my personal favorite). We were more than pleased with the food on our plates. I’m already planning my next trip back.
