When it comes to breakfast, I’m a big fan of golden-brown coconut pecan granola.
This recipe is one of my favorites because it’s easy to customize, to tweak and to make your own. Instead of adding maple syrup, I prefer to mix in pure agave nectar. The flavor sweetly compliments the toasted oats, pecans and coconut flakes without adding a flavor of it’s own. I also like to serve this granola with fresh, farmer’s market berries and plain Greek yogurt. It’s a winning combination for a bowl of crunchy breakfast cereal.
