Pass the soy sauce, please.
I recently met friends at Long Life Vegi House to catch up over Asian food. It’s a unique hole-in-the-wall, known for it’s solution to going meatless. The menu features vegetarian-friendly versions of all the classics, but the ‘meat’ is made with soy. We ordered Lemon Vegetarian Chicken, Monk Style Vegetables, Egg Drop Soup, Brown Steamed Rice, Egg Rolls and Sweet & Sour Chicken. It ended up being quite the tasty feast.
