I recently made a batch of Food Network’s ‘Almost-Famous Cinnamon Buns’. They didn’t disappoint because the recipe is simple to follow and easy to tweak depending on personal preference. I ended up adding a 1/2 tsp. of nutmeg to the filling–the extra spice goes a long way. I also adjusted the serving sizes by cutting eight buns rather than just six. Once in the oven, these buns bake up nicely and make the kitchen smell like heaven.
