A new list of April do’s . . .
- Go meatless a few times a week.
- Schedule time to complete daily workouts.
- Break in a new pair of strappy sandals.
- Invite friends over for a Mexican food fest.
- Spend at least 30 minutes outside each day.
- Snack smarter & ditch refined sugars.
- For date night, have a picnic at the park.
- Incorporate an SPF into my beauty routine.
- Call an old friend just to catch up.
- If in doubt, always wear a little white dress.

i really like all of these, especially cutting out meat and refined sugars. also, for me, instead of a little white dress, i always fall back into a little black dress. xo
