Picnic planning with Stanley . . .
Summer necessities, like an insulated cooler, make it quick and easy to move your meal outdoors.
When I’m planning a picnic, I like to keep my menu simple–something hearty, something sweet and something refreshing. It’s a fuss-free combination that never fails to please.
Sandwiches on thick baguettes are my hearty go-to. They travel well and require no on-site prep. Fresh fruit often fills the role of sweet. I like to pack a bag of cherries, seedless watermelon or grapes because they are easiest to eat. The refreshment comes in the form of soda. I store them in my Stanley cooler next to an icepack to keep them chilled.
Are you a picnic planner? What do you like to pack?
