South Carolina BBQ done right . . .
A pit stop for pulled pork is always a good thing. In between events for #SBScon, a group of us made our way to Cumberland Smokehouse.
It’s a new BBQ joint in Charleston, serving classic favorites with an amped up twist. We snacked on BBQ duck fat fries with cornbread and ordered pulled pork platters with all the fixings. When in South Carolina, do as they do–you won’t be disappointed.
