Skillet Diner for date night . . .
While we were in Seattle, we did dinner at a local favorite.
What started as a Skillet Street Food in 2007 has now evolved into three restaurant locations, a catering team and two local food trucks. The delicious menu is sure to blame.
Jake and I visited the Capitol Hill location and were anything but disappointed. It’s quaint, cozy and a little bit romantic. We ordered The Burger (with their famous bacon jam) and a Cobb Salad. The portions were hearty and perfect for sharing. We even finished with dessert–their old fashion chocolate milkshake can’t be missed. It is a diner, after all.
Let’s hear it. Where do you like to do date night?
