January list of do’s . . .
- Invite family over for weekend brunch.
- Drink 100 ounces of water every day.
- Fill a 2016 planner with important dates.
- Schedule an appt. with the dentist.
- Declutter and organize one room each week.
- Stretch for 10-15 minutes after daily cardio.
- Send thank you notes for holiday treats.
- Go meatless on Mondays + try a few of these.
- Take time every morning to plan out the day.
- Disconnect from technology by 7pm.
Here’s to a productive start to 2016. We’ve (totally) got this!

Great ideas! My planner arrives today, so I will be spending some quality time with it this evening! I’m working on the water thing, but it seems to be going well. Lots of water at work everyday! Also will be working on my thank you cards this evening since the kids are at their dads. January is such a great “refresh” isn’t it?
