30 minute full body workout . . .
I’ve teamed up with Old Navy to talk summer fitness and my favorite ways to stay in shape. With just 30 minutes each day, it’s a total game changer. Let’s do this!
Life tends to get busy, but I’ve made it a goal to spend at least 30 minutes breaking a sweat. This full body workout is a great place to start–it gets your blood pumping, hits pesky spots like thighs + glutes and ends with a great stretch. I managed to squeeze in my workout while shooting with Diana. It really is just that easy.
Here’s the breakdown:
2 Minute Full Body Stretch
5 Minute Warmup Jog
Circuit (repeat 3-4 times)
30 Basic Squats
30 Arm Curls with Weights
30 Lunges, 15 Each Leg
Rest 30 Seconds
5 Minute Cool Down Jog
2 Minute Full Body Stretch
To me, the warmup and the cool down are the most important parts. I always incorporate stretching because it keeps my muscles from feeling sore the next day.
So, what’s the verdict? Are you a fan of this 30 minute full body workout?

that doesn’t seem too bad! i say that, but then it will kick my butt the first time i try it haha – but i have been trying to figure out how to get a full body workout into my days – so i’m going to try this out! 🙂

Robyn, I totally feel you! I started with less reps of the circuit and worked my way up to 4. It was tough at first, but it’s the type of burn that makes me feel like I really did something. Hope you end up loving it just as much as I do!
