Craftsmen Kitchen for dinner . . .
One of our last stops in Charleston was to grab dinner. We came across Craftsmen, a local hot-spot known for seasonal produce, handmade sausages and weekly specials like big bowls of Ramen. Could late night grub get any better?
We kept things simple and went with sandwiches off the Kitchen Menu. Our crew ended up with the Farmhouse Burger, two orders of the Butterbean & Sweet Potato Falafel and crispy potatoes with garlic aioli dipping sauce. The flavors were bold and the ingredients were fresh. Without a doubt, our serendipitous dinner deserved two thumbs up.
Have you been to Charleston? Where do you like to eat?
A big thanks to Molly for letting me use her photo (above) of our falafel pita.
