My January to-do list . . .
- Make the bed each morning.
- Do a deep condition once a week.
- Schedule an appt. with the dentist.
- Whip up this 30 minute pasta.
- Spend another Saturday on the slopes.
- Make a list on Mondays of weekly to-do’s.
- Stretch for 15 minutes before bed.
- Drink water with every meal.
- Organize the kitchen drawers + cabinets.
- Ditch refined sugars/sweet treats.
