Palm Springs brunch . . .
When it comes to the first meal of the day, I take things very seriously. Breakfast food is my very favorite so I’m talking go big or go home. Who else is with me? Lucky for us, the Ace Hotel is the ideal place to pull up a seat, soak in the atmosphere and eat some seriously delicious grub. From the MCM finishes to the meticulously curated room service menu, I knew we needed to hit King’s Highway for a proper Palm Springs brunch. Spoiler alert: it didn’t disappoint.
I ordered the Chilaquiles, a Tex-Mex inspired plate of breakfast nachos. Hello, scrambled eggs, savory chorizo, extra crispy tortilla chips, cotija + fresh pico. With a drizzle of citrus crema and California avocado, this dish hit ALL the right notes. Jake ordered the King’s Highway Breakfast AKA the quintessential plate of delicious diner grub. I’m talking fried eggs, toast, hash browns and bacon. It was delicious.
In our (humble) opinion, this place can do no wrong. Our sever was friendly, the play list was chill and the Diet Cokes kept flowing. We didn’t mind that the restaurant was busy or that we had to wait for our food. We had the best and tastiest morning. Psst! You’re definitely going to want to PIN THIS POST for later.
