Nashville brunch . . .
We ended our Tennessee weekend with a proper Nashville brunch. I’m talking down home, Southern food from Loveless Cafe with all the fixings. Breakfast is my very favorite meal of the day, and this one didn’t disappoint. We stuck with the classics, and I’m so glad our server recommended some of the local favorites. Think hot buttermilk biscuits smothered in butter and homemade jam, fluffy French toast, grits, gravy, eggs and country ham + bacon. Can you think of a better sampling?
We also ordered one of their famous chocolate chess pies to take home. Warmed up for a few seconds in the microwave and topped with a little bit of vanilla ice cream–it was the perfect way to extend that vaca feeling. I can’t say enough good things about our Nashville brunch at Loveless Cafe. The service as great, the food tasted even better. We left with full hearts and happy bellies.
